Why in the world did Cal take Humphries out?  Because he missed one jumper?

The kid was money for them for a big part of the second half and he is pulled (after he missed one short jumper). Maybe he needed a breather, but to not get him back in the game makes no sense to me. He and Bam kept UK alive in the second half.

Cal is a genius...at shady shenanigan recruiting.

He's like Saban, but with only average coaching talent.   :biggrin:

I wonder if it has anything to do with keeping the AAU guys happy.  After watching the Netflix documentary "At All Costs", you definitely get the idea that NCAA coaches who are fed 5* players by big AAU programs have expectations to get the "one-and-dones" on the court at pivotal moments.
