Got this from TxGator on the VS and tweaked it a little.

1 8oz. Jar of Marie's Chunky Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing (can sub Ranch as well, I used Ranch because T doesn't do bleu cheese)
1 8oz. Package Cream Cheese softened
3/4 Cup of Franks (or your favorite brand) Hot Wing Sauce (make sure it's the buffalo wing sauce and not the cayenne pepper sauce)
1 8 oz package Shredded Cheese  (cheddar, or colby jack) or bleu cheese crumbles
3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

1. Measure out 3/4 cup of buffalo sauce. Take the rest of the bottle and pour it into a skillet. Add about a cup of water, a little salt and pepper to taste, and garlic if you so desire. Mix well and heat on medium heat.
2. Cut the raw chicken breast into cubes and place it in the sauce mixture. Simmer slowly, turning often, until chicken is done.
3. After the chicken cools, shred it as finely as you can.
4. Mix everything together (why we like the chicken very finely shredded)
5. Spread mixture into 13 x 9 casserole dish
6. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes. Usually I let mine bake for 15 minutes and then top it with more shredded cheese and bake it another 5.

Serve with tortilla chips, bread, mini pitas, whatever. I personally prefer to get mini pitas from Publix and stuff them with the dip.

I wonder if ground chicken would work?  I think mixing the ingredients with ground chicken and grilling them would be good

You mean like a burger patty but with ground chicken? Interesting thought. It would probably need more meat and less sauce.

You could probably do it with ground turkey breast. Once it's ground, the taste difference between chicken breast and turkey breast is neglible.

Yes, that's what I meant.  I make a Buffalo Chicken Chili with ground chicken and I think doing this in a burger would be tasty!

so....here's what we did:

1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp. celery salt
ground pepper
2 tbs hot sauce

form into patties and grill

Sauce/dressing:
4 oz sour cream
2 tbs mayo
2-3 tbs Frank's wing sauce
blue cheese crumbles (or feta or whatever you prefer)

Mix and use as a topping on the burgers
