That's interesting. He did say in interviews that things that were being said are not necessarily what actually happened. I wonder if there was no evidence of some of the claims made. It also doesn't hurt that he has no history of problems.

Based on my experience with the KPD, that is a very distinct possibility.

At the time that it happened there was a lot of speculation that the police sided with the other side of the story when it was a "he said she said" type of thing. Sad that we apparently always have to be skeptical of KPD.
