This has been discussed before, but here's a fairly succinct summation of the rule changes this year. I am not a fan of taking points off the board and am concerned about the head and neck calls. Protecting is great, but it can be hard to see this clearly from across the field.

UT's already prepared for the "off limits" rule, since the team's been penalized multiple times for non-helmet contact.
