I absolutely love Dooley's attention to detail and he explains it where even we (non-players) can get what he is saying.

How many coaches do that or even try to do that? 

I think he is a great communicator and that is half the battle in teaching kids.

He is such a huge improvement  over the previous ... eh, regime.
