Connor Shaw will start and play the first quarter. Garcia will play the second quarter. Spurrier says that even if one of them throws two interceptions he will play the entire quarter.

I think Spurrier is just sending a message to Garcia although he says that it's because Shaw had the better stats in practice.

Spurrier is up to his tricks again with quarterbacks.
