It was the right call. I just hate that they reviewed it and gave Cinci's D a chance to rest.

That was about as close as it can get. Had he managed to keep his foot down, it was a catch. As it was, he barely caught it with his foot down, for maybe 0.1 seconds, but he definitely did not have possession. REALLY close though!
