I think there's very little in that article to get excited about from either side. He seemed to insinuate that it wasn't a culture of lawbreaking, but a problem with headline-making (" pulled over for nonsense"). As I said on the VS I bet the reporter pushed him hard to say something negative and that was the best he got. The headline is sensational.
