I forgot to answer your question the other day.

If I want to embed the video found here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZuNmeo22oY&feature=feedf

I would go to that page and click the button below the video that says "Share". Once the "Share" section appears, click the button that says "Embed". Make sure the box that says "Use Old Embed Code" is checked. The embed code looks like this:

<object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/zZuNmeo22oY?version=3&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/zZuNmeo22oY?version=3&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

In between your flash tags, you want to put the embed src value (bolded above) and change the pixel dimensions to match what YouTube, like this:

Code:
[flash=560,315]http://www.youtube.com/v/zZuNmeo22oY?version=3&amp;hl=en_US[/flash]

Which will get you this.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/zZuNmeo22oY?version=3&amp;amp;hl=en_US" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/v/zZuNmeo22oY?version=3&amp;amp;hl=en_US</a>

Alternatively you can right click on the video itself and it will give you an option to copy the embed code
