looked like the nose of the ball hit the ground as he was juggling it..oh well doesnt matter..the more things change the more they stay the same

I've got super slow-mo on my tv and it looked like it hi the ground to me.
Could Dooley not challenge it? Is there no automatic review?

My whole point is that any play that was questionable for UT they were quick to review it and stop the game but in that play they just hurried up and let Fla snap the ball without giving UT the benefit of the doubt

I think it was a pick, but I agree that should've at least been looked at.  I've seen plays that were a lot less obvious reviewed by the booth.
