As expected.  This doesn't necessarily mean they're moving, though.  Speculation is they may just be using this as leverage to get whatever it is they want from the Big 12.

I doubt that.  Missouri sees the writing on the wall that the Big 12 is toast as a league.  They should be looking for a stable league that treats its members as equals.  Well some are more equal, but the money is all the same.

They might still have ambitions for the Big 10, but I think this is a move towards SEC membership.  They are really the only logical choice to round out Tamu, unless OU, OSU and Texas all jump ship at the same time.
