Franklin is somewhere between Kiffin and Bruce Pearl on the personality scale. He's trying to be Pearl but at his core he's really more of a Kiffin.

To me it looked like Grantham was the one that was really going nuts. Of course, it's hard to tell who started it. I read an article about it and everybody involved (Franklin, Grantham, Richt) were all pretty mum about it, but they did interview some players and one said that Vandy was cut-blocking a lot, so that may have had something to do with it.
