There may be a story of trying things out, or we didn't have to do much or whatever, but what  I saw was a team that looked uninspired and lifeless.  That is 100% coaching.  Just MHO.....

It looked like we deliberately turned things off. Offensively we did not throw downfield much in the second half, all we threw were screens, seemed like. Looked like they really wanted to work on the running game, even the wildcat. Our running game is not good enough to sustain drives by itself

Okay, so if they want to do that, then maybe tell the players to take it seriously?  Just looked like a half-assed effort on the part of some to me.  That is all.
