Matthew 6, 5-6. Just saying. This is going to politivol...I predict.

There's also a song that all young kids in Sunday school learn: "This Little Light of Mine." Not boasting one's faith and hiding one's faith are two separate things. If Tebow is "Tebowing" just to be seen, then he's obviously guilty of the things those verses condemn. As a general rule I am skeptical of people who go out of their way to show their faith, for that very reason. But the more I read about Tebow, the more I'm convinced he isn't like that. And at the very least, he's a better role model than most Nfl players.

The thing that amazes me is that players have been doing the same type thing for years and no one thought anything about it. Now Tebow has become a target. Boggles my mind! Keep on Tim, keep on!

I don't care for the public display by anybody be it Tebow or Peyton or anyone else. I don't think that is what the song is about. I've never witnessed Jack, Arnie, or even Tiger taking a knee after sinking a long putt. Bill Dance may have once but it was off camera...http://www.youtube.com/v/p_UnV3RbCtg

I remember a fella named Reggie White who was pretty upfront about his faith.

Take it to the appropriate board if you want to discuss it further. I don't want to read about religion in sports to be honest. People on both sides of the coin say stupid shizzle and let their emotions get involved. And I don't want to read it.
