Don't we know a lawyer who has the same name as the one in this story?

And by the way, if there ever was a frivolous lawsuit, this is it.  This woman and her husband need to be hit in the face with a foul ball or two again.

Interesting.  Something really similar happened to a bunch of rat bastard Kliempsein tiglet frat daddies a few year before that.
