Its Tailgating Time in Tennessee (AGAIN)!!!

I have been working on a rub recipe for a couple of years now and I think I got this one about right....enjoy.

1 1/2 Cups Paparika
1/4 Cup Dry Mustard
1/4 Chili Powder
4 Tablespoons Onion Powder
4 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (light)
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar (white)
1/4 Cup Table Salt (no kosher in this recipe)
1/4 Cup Black Pepper
5 Tablespoons White Pepper
1/4 Cup Thyme (Fresh) or 4 Tablespoons Dried Thyme


3 Tablespoons Pepper Flakes

Ah....thanks....I've been wanting a good rub recipe!
