This is not an original suggestion, but Inky Johnson seems like a great fit for that role.

Edit: After reading some other comments elsewhere, it seems like Inky is a popular suggestion.

If Inky is interested, I'd say he'd be a fine choice.

Buck Fitzgerald would also be a good one but he isn't going to leave the midstate I don't think... he has his foundation here that he works with.
