This is not a dip for chips this is more of a dip for spreading on crackers.....

8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonaise or Miracle Whip
1 LB of Bacon cooked and Drained  (bacon should be crunchy)
2 ribs of Celery chopped fine
6 Campari tomatoes chopped in a small dice and drained of the water and seeds
1 small endive lettuce (optional)
4 ounces White Vermont Cheddar in a very fine grate (optional)
Salt
Pepper

Soften the Cream Cheese till it is soft but not room temperature.  Add in the Sour Cream and Mayo/Miracle Whip.  Chop the bacon into a medium dice.  (Again Bacon must be crispy)  Add in the tomatoes in a small dice prepped earlier along with the celery.  (If using the endive prep it to a medium dice and add it in here)  Season with Salt and Pepper....(I recommend a white pepper for this dish)

Mix well and refrigerate for overnight.  Serve with a selection of crackers that you enjoy.
