Associate Head Coach.

Smart move for the kid, hiring an experienced coach in Mickie.

In fact all his assistants have a Lady Vols background.

IIRC she was the first he hired within a day or 2 of becoming coach.

As will I, with the hope someday that Tyler will come home for many, many years!    I'm betting he's going to be very successful!
