OL:  the line is not SEC caliber.  The interior got abused all night.  Nobody ever block their NT.  Every time they ran a stunt the outside in guy was never blocked.  Late we started going to the counter scheme and that was effective.  The 2 true FR outplayed the rest of the line overall.

RB:  played pretty well.  Hurd is good and it is evident the staff is confident in his pass blocking.  He got a couple of good runs in, and with even half good down field blocking could have scored on at least one of them.  Lane late showed his patience for a couple of ok runs.

WR:  blocking was not good, either on the bubble screens or down field.  They had difficulty getting seperation from their corners and the best one (Smith) got hurt (on crutches leaving the field).  Had several Sooner fans comment on how good North is after the game.

TE:  ineffective.  Helm limped off late.  Don't think I saw Wolf play.  Seemed a little labored in warm ups.

QB:  Worley got beat up tonight.  For a fair bit in the 3rd it impacted his throwing but he recovered.  He was able to move around a bit and make plays.  The pick 6 he forced the ball to North but I was not a big fan of the empty set on 3rd and short to start with.  Really involves their LBs more in the pass defense.

Still, till the pick 6 we we were in the game.  The offense was moving the ball and the defense was playing very well.

This team is way better than last year.  We aren't "there" yet but we are a heck of a lot closer, and better than last year.
We need to improve the kicking game and the OL.

GO VOLS!!

Yeah the empty set was a head scratcher.

Agree that while we were beat team had numerous chances to get back in it based on effort. Dooley team would have folded.
