To my knowledge, they haven't been charged with a crime yet.

If the Grand Jury meets next week and they don't bring a True Bill, We may have
them both for the Bowl game.

According to SportsTalk they  wont be able to make the bowl game even if there are no charges because the Student disciplinary board does not meet until January. They've played their last down in a Vols uniform.
