God I hope they don't get Cutler. Is he really that much an upgrade over what they have now? But at least he still THINKS he's Peyton Manning.

Titans do NOT need another overpriced, untalented QB after the Vince Young fiasco. They have a good QB now if they only had an OL that could stay off IR. I am still unimpressed with the defensive coordinator. Unless they replace most of the defensive players off-season, it will still suck. Either his players are not coachable or he is a poor coach. I choose poor coach.

It still starts at the top. They need a GM that is more interested in talent than the finances and can actually evaluate talent. If you go cheap and the players do not develop (and they have not), this is what you get. You get a team that is more interested in salary than talent. Bishop Sankey is a prime example of value over talent. They have a young roster of marginal talent playing at or near the league minimum that are just happy to be in the league. I see very few players that can draw attention in free agent market.
