So many things wrong with this.  First of all, 153 is probably the most dangerous road in town, even when it's NOT snowing.  Is it really safe or wise to be shooting a news segment right there on the shoulder, just a few feet away from the traffic?  For all we know, the bright lights of the camera could have caused this accident.  Second, for the love of God, can you not go over there and see if the guy is OK?

There are several things that I would like to call attorneys, but most of them aren't suitable for a family friendly forum like this one is.
