Um, sounds to me like LSU needs to read it.  Per the comments on that blog, he is not actually disputing anything with Tamu.  They are included just because they are involved.

It's a business dispute between Chavis and LSU.  LSU is insisting that Tamu pay the 400K buyout and Chavis and Tamu are disputing that.  Routine business stuff IYAM.
