Click the "insert image" button and paste in the address of the pic. It can't be one from your computer files. It has to be from your own ftp space or a website. If its from a website, right click on it and get the address.

If you want to post a picture from your computer files, go to the "Additional Options" at the bottom of the posting page, then select "Choose File."  Note that there are size restrictions.  I hope that helps.
