Wow, I assumed it would be cut to 1 or 2 games.  But Brady destroying his phone? Awesome legacy, right there.

Next step is Brady will get a injunction and he'll get to play.....this based on what they were saying on ESPN this afternoon.

If the NFL has the goods on him it would be best if Brady just takes the 4 games and keeps his mouth shut.

The suspension is a joke to start with. He had knowledge of blatant cheating, and he lied about it, and he only gets four games?

But I'm Tom Brady, Tom Brady, God (in my own mind) of the NFL.  I destroy my old cell phones, except when I don't ...

If you read the record, Tom "the deflator" Brady's legal team supplied or offered to supply his current cell phone (in use since 6 Mar) and the cell phone in use prior to the cell phone destroyed on or about 6 Mar, AFTER stating for the record that he routinely had his assistant destroy old cell phones when he starts using a new one.  Oh, BTW, the destroyed cell phone had been in use all of 4 months ...

^Exactly. If the NFL did right it would have been more games and made the PATS forfeit those 4 games to boot.

All I've heard from most national media this week is that the suspension should be lifted altogether.  I've even heard some say the the rule needs to be changed to allow QBs to inflate or deflate the ball however they want.  I wonder if they would be singing the same tune if it were Johnny Manziel or Michael Vick who had been caught instead of PrettyGirl12?

If Brady were Pinocchio, how long would his nose be by now?

Goodell is in damage recovery mode from the domestic abuse scandal of last season.  He ends up looking like the good guy in this case.   He is IMO sacrificing his relationship with Kraft to save his own arse.

Whatever else happens, it was quite fun to watch the scroll line on ESPN saying Brady was "outraged".

What a whiny little spoiled baby he is.
