it usually does. I think there is a lot of returning talent in the SEC. Vols had a decent class but I think all the returning talent has to do with the top recruits wanting to go somewhere they can play right away. Not a lot of open spots in the Vols lineup for next year.

At least 5 of the top 10 and 7 of the top 15 will be SEC teams. I think the league is still doing pretty well.

And Alabama will probably have the #1 class again.
