All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.
—T. E. Lawrence,
The Seven Pillars of Wisdom

Malik Jackson probably only came to UT because he was pissed at USC and Kiffin.  Recall that after USC's sentencing, the NCAA allowed their players to transfer wherever they wanted without sitting out a year.   And what better way to send a message than to transfer to the new coach's previous employer?  Unfortunately, Jackson walked right into Dooley's shizzlestorm and played for some of the most forgettable teams in UT history.  He'd have every right to be bitter towards UT- and yet he still seems to love the place.  It's hard not to pull for a guy like that.

I'm a huge fan of Malik Jackson. That guy played so hard.
