2017 Class speculation: IMO we will take 26 in the class.
QB - 1. Lose Dobbs. Back Dormady (Jr) Jones (RS Soph) Guarantano (RS Fr). I think we will take 1, but could take 2 because of 1 potential transfer if we have room
Likely candidates: N'Kosi Perry, Bailey Hockman, Jack Sears
WR - 2. Lose : No one. We took 5 Wrs in 2016 class, we will follow it by taking a smaller WR class IMO.
Likely candidates: Tee Higgins, Donovan-Peoples Jones, Tarik Black, Terrell Bynum, Princeton Fant, Amari Rodgers,
RB - 3. Lose Kamara, Hurd (likely). We will need 3 Rbs in the class, and one could be a juco.
Likely candidates: Cordarrian Richardson, Tyson Chandler, Trey Sermon, D'Andre Swift, Javon Leake, Kylin Hill
OL- 3. Lose Wiesman. We'll fortify our OL depth in 2017 class.
Likely candidates: Trey Smith, Jedrick Wills, Austin Troxell, Kanan Ray, Jordan Tucker
TE: 2. Lose Croom. We will need a couple of good TE s in the class for future depth.
Likely candidates: Matthew Dotson, Latrell Bumphus (no offer yet ,but will likely get one)
DT: 5. Lose O'brien. Biggest need in the class. I think we will take 4 HS DTs and one juco.
Likely candidates: Rutger Reitmeier, Eric Crosby, Ben Hutch, Marvin Wilson, MJ Webb, Donovan Jeter, Breyon Gaddy, Emannuel McNeil
DE: 3. Lose Lewis, Vereen, Barnett (very likely). Maybe even Kongbo.
Likely candidates: Robert Beal, Michael Allen. Isaiah Thomas, Jordan Williams, Logan Rudolph
LB: 2. Lose JRM, Bynum
Likely candidates: Jacob Phillips, Dylan Moses, Justin Foster, Tyler Dunning,
CB: 2. Lose Sutton, Foreman
Likely candidates: Gentry Bonds, Chase Hayden, Williams Poole, Amir Riep, TJ Carter, AJ Terrell
S: 1. Lose: No one. I think after the great safety class in 2016, we take 1 safety - but he will be a good one.
Likely candidates: DeAngelo Gibbs (very likely), Josh Brown
ATH: 2 We will take 2 athlete types in the class
Likely candidates: JaCoby Stevens, Maleik Gray, MJ Walker
