When the Titans start drafting based on talent and ability rather than drafting players from unknown schools because they will sign and play cheap, I will believe. I will believe when they have a coaching staff that can actually make a player improve rather than digress. They still appear to be drafting players based on the ability to sign cheap. I still think this coaching staff must prove they can put their best players on the field. This GM looks like he has a clue, but can he succeed with an owner that hires people based on liking them as opposed to actual ability. I have my opinions: No, the owners will again screw this up.
