Ten years from now, our alumni, anywhere in the world, they would immediately know that Tennessee was in that (world's largest) game. ... In this instance, I felt strongly that tradition needed to prevail. I'm only speaking for us. The University of Tennessee will wear our traditional orange and white uniforms in that game."
Outstanding. They should allow this more often. The only time a team should be forced to wear the bland white jerseys is if there is a serious chance of confusion. We don't do BW tv anymore! I have been told that is the main reason they did it to begin with.
But of course, LSU can continue to wear their bland ass unis. Who cares?
