Meh
The changes that would most  effect my experience are phase 3, if I live that long

Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they

This I did.

Again?  Didn't they just do this?

To half the stadium.  Now they're doing the other half.

If you haven't seen the East or South concourses lately, they still look straight out of Rudy.

If those conceptual drawings are accurate, it looks like they'll be removing the pavilion over the North upper deck.  I hope that doesn't reduce the noise level at that end of the field.

I'm gonna miss that ol' long ramp on the south end of the stadium.  What is that called?  Gate 10?  I forget.  My dad had 4 season tix up in HH starting in the early 80s.  He let go of those tix a few years ago.  I have a lot of good and bad memories of walking up and down that ramp!

Ditto.  We've been climbing it all season.

Idk, I understand things must change to improve but I also get a bit sad when stuff like that that are just part of my Neyland memories go away.

I even think there's a certain charm to the old school concourses behind the east stands.

Yes! I've been dreading the day when the university finally gets around to renovating the east side. Yeah, it's crap over there, but very nostalgic as well.
