How long should it take for a strength and conditioning coach to make an appreciable impact on the team? Is it unreasonable to expect a significant turn around in one off season?

I think it can make an immediate impact, but I'm no expert

Not a full year for him to work with this team, but should still see improvement , but the 2nd year is when the impact really is obvious.

^This. The longer the better.

I've lost count the past 8 years how many S&C coaches we've had....Been several.
