That game was a lock!  How, how how, did you blow that?

Ah well....at least I'm not a Falcons fan. I feel for my sister and her family though.

I'm not really a Flacons fan either, but I usually pull for them.  I just hate the Pats, man.  ;-)

I think I'd rather see Kapernick win 10 straight Superbowl MVPs than to have the Pats win that game.  Ugh.

Oh, I'm with you on that 100%.  HATE the pats. And it looked like they would be blown out and Pretty boy would be denied his 5th, with a pick 6 thrown in to make it his fault. But the Falcons did just enough to lose.

Hm...if you're talking a year like 2000, I agree, but some of those years were just butt whippings unfortunately.

It unfortunately reminded me of a couple more recent examples...ou and florida 2015.

Though I've been a lifelong fan, I never thought that a Falcons' loss would affect me as much as a Vols' loss.  But that was pretty devastating.  I would say that they're young (which they are) and they'll be back, but this team has never been able to sustain any success.  They could return this roster largely intact next season and go 7-9.  It's happened before.
