Very  nice essay.

Also makes me glad I was at this one:   

I’ll never forget when we played at Texas A&M in October, and the stands behind one of the end zones at Kyle Field were completely covered in orange.

It was impressive but to me the orange out at Oregon a few years ago was more impressive, if only for the distance involved

Much better game at Kyle Field though. Those of you who went to Oregon didn't do much to inspire, apparently.
