A loss would've been disastrous.

That was frustrating. For much of the game, we looked exactly like we did Saturday: terrible FT shooting, terrible defense and no sense of urgency on offense. Ole Miss was killing us with that high ball screen. Our posts rotated like they had been dipped in molasses. On offense, when Ole Miss went into the 2-3 zone, our offense became pedestrian. Once we figured out how to defend those screens in the last 6-7 minutes, we looked like the best shot-blocking team in basketball. We have GOT to get more flow on offense, though. Saturday is another must-win game.

Other than UK and maybe SC, they're all must-wins from here on out.  But this is a young team- odds are they'll slip up and lose to someone they shouldn't (again).  In that case, they'd have a lot of work to do in the SECT.

Ten games ago, we don't win tonight

I'm excited about where Barnes is taking the BB program. A couple of more pieces and we will be very good.

Agree.  Say what you want about his recruiting, he can coach the Xs and Os.  Maybe he can moonlight on football a bit.

1 game out of 4th place - that is not too shabby.  But yeah, we gotta keep winning
