Heroin is some really scary stuff.  When I retired out of Law Enforcement, it was making it's come back.  It's sad to see the "unexpected" users
like the soccer mom's, preachers wife's etc.  Nasty, nasty, nasty.  They ought to enhance the penalty for the dealers when caught.

There should be a charge against any and all suggestions that drugs are in any way cool or desirable to do. My be the entertainment industry can lead the charge. Oh wait...
