No way should this many guys be so far under par at this point in a US Open.  I realize the wet weather has contributed, but the point still stands.  I feel like I'm watching the John Deere Classic or something.

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.

Has the USGA declared war on trees?  Why do they want all US Open courses to look (if not play) like St. Andrews?  The last time trees actually came into play was at Pinehurst in 2014.  Last year, Oakmont had to chop down over 7500 trees to get back in the rotation.  And the next two will be at Shinnecock and Pebble Beach, so this trend isn't going away anytime soon.

Who?

Tell me you watch golf to help get started on your Saturday afternoon nap.  That's the best reason I can think to do so.
