If a player has a nagging injury that still needs time to heal (see Leonard Fournette), I could see someone setting out. If you are in the CFP, I do not see anyone sitting out.

Frankly if a player is not likely to increase his draft stock and is injured, it is better they sit.

Frankly if a player is not likely to increase his draft stock and is injured, it is better they sit.

Obviously sit out if injured.  I don't think volsboy was talking about injuries though.  I think he's just saying "sit out even though healthy".
