No infallible system, no brick by brick, no best staff in America that currently work for me---just dominate the line of scrimmage, every coach able to recruit, and play the best you got and make the system fit them. 

We hired the right guy.

This doesn't deserve a new thread so I'll drop it here.

I wonder if BOT member Charles Anderson didn't mention a recommendation of Pruitt to Fulmer. Anderson is of course the uncle of Alabama defensive and special teams player Keaton Anderson.
