Winning season next year, compete for SEC East in 2019, have a good chance to win it in 2020.

I was one year more patient on all the above with Butch, because of the very deep "Dooley hole" we were in. 

IMO CJP has inherited a much better situation talent wise, and the players at least had a taste of winning (vs. 3 straight losing seasons with Dooley).  So my expectations are higher this time around.
