Microsoft rumored to be acquiring EA, Valve, and PUBG.

Look at your game library- how many of them are EA games?  25%?  More?  Now imagine all those franchises being XBox exclusives in the future, including most every major licensed sports franchise besides MLB.  That could be scary news for Playstation owners.

Yikes, I've never owned a Microsoft console in my life.

Yikes, I've never owned a Microsoft console in my life.

I currently have both, so it wouldn't affect me personally- at the moment, anyway.  But I don't know if it would be good for the industry as a whole.  Sony currently slays MS when it comes to exclusives, but if this deal goes through, I could see them responding by making a big deal of their own.  The other mega-publisher besides EA is Ubisoft.  Would Sony try to make a play to acquire them?  I would.
