Butch's mug is STILL on the jumbotron.  Which means it has been there for every single recruiting weekend this season.  Maybe you didn't think this was a big deal in early December, but NOW?  Come on.

Any other school with our resources would've had this taken care of within a week or two of the firing.

Must be still waiting on that crane!!? We've been hearing that for 2 months now.

My brother in law works in high level management for a national heavy construction leasing company. He said he could have delivered a crane there within 72 hours of Botch's firing. Just shows the sorry management there at UT and why we have been in the dumps athletic wise for many years.

Okay now it bothers me, because it seems to suggest managerial incompetence at UT.

But I'm not sure the recruits really GAS.

Think of it like this: Butch was ultimately fired for the same reason most coaches get fired- he didn't win enough.  But what if it had been something more sinister?  What if this was a Sandusky/Nassar situation, where we were getting destroyed in the media, and every day that thing stayed up was a black mark on the school?  Would they have still left it up in that case?  If the answer is "no" (and I certainly HOPE it is), then there's no reason they couldn't have taken it down by now in this case, nearly 3 months later.
