I guess this explains why Fils-aime is getting a look at corner.

First thing I thought when I read about the transfer coming....Must have been part of the plan from the get go.

He has decent stats.  My main criteria for a RB is yards per carry, and his career number is 4.0, which is above average but not spectacular.  I know  Fils-Aime's number was better though I don't want look it up at the moment.

Also, he only played in 7 games as a soph (2016) and after getting 119 touches as a frosh the number went down. I am guessing he might have been injured in 2016 and just never got the touches back.

He did catch 9 passes as a junior, which is a plus.

Of course, MSU had a different style offense, different line, etc, but going just by his stats, he is a solid but not spectacular back.



He might be a really good fit at UT though.  I wish him all the luck in the world, obviously.
