I will be leaving the office at 11:30 today as usual on Friday. I'm going to the wine store and that can be a lengthy trip. Call the authorities if you don't hear from me by tomorrow.

a) the large selection of choices
or
b) the requirement for expenditure approval from the proper authorities
or
both

There are no "proper" authorities. I am unfettered by balls and chains.
