I've been following the Vols since I was old enough to remember (1972).  I'm sure there has been a bigger one, but I can't remember off the top of my head a bigger bust than Johnathon Kongbo.  And coincidently, the next-biggest bust may be a teammate...  Dillon Bates.  What's the odds?  Who comes to mind when you think of biggest busts that have worn the orange?

K-Mac would be in there too....5 star and never did much. After 1 year he should have been moved to OL.

Wasn't Kongo the one that refused to be re-assigned to DL?

I thought Jabari Davis would do better than he did. I figured he would be a Jamal Lewis type of back.

That was the word on Kongbo.......And K-Mac would have no talk about moving to the OL either until his dad said that's where he needed to be before the NFL combines and now he made the 53 man roster and had a good preseason as a offensive guard.

Which is another issue with some Botch recruits.....you play where you can help the team win games. Got a feeling that crap won't fly with Pruitt.

UT has a roster full of busts on this team. Don't forget Dillon Bates.

Has anyone mentioned Dillon Bates yet?

The biggest bust has to be Jon Gruden. He was signed, sealed and delivered twice and still hasn't helped us win a game.
