hehe. Yes I anticipated you might say that. I don't believe in luck when predicting outcomes of games or injuries or overall success.
But our scheduling luck has been so wretched I will make an exception for that.
Even then, not really predicting it, more actually just whining about the last 7 years of scheduling. The last easy out we drew from the West was Old Miss in 2010, which in fact is our last win vs. a west opponent.
The West is so strong from top to bottom year in and year out, it's rare to see a genuinely bad team over there. This is somewhat of a unicorn season, as there appears to be
two. And wouldn't you know it? We miss them
both.
