I give Pruitt credit for coming out and flatly stating what happened. His predecessor would've concocted some bogus injury excuse, only to have Basilio or somebody leak the truth a couple days later.

I thought that Pruitt handled the topic really well.  In the interview with Kessling after the game he commented that he had no ill feelings toward Quarte', but that this isn't how things are going to be work in Knoxville now.  He said that he hoped that Sapp had learned from the event and would be better for it moving forward.
