He had some killer blocks on that drive

Planted the ball on the DBs chest.  It was awesome.

As long as they don't score here as a result of the good field position, I agree.

Could've been, but I doubt it. When it's JJ, you have to take the bad with the good.

Thought it was awesome at the time, but it hurt us big time.

Can't place all the blame on JJ. They scored with plenty of time left on the clock, so they probably would have anyway. And Taylor's the one who bit on the run and blew the coverage.

Still, that's a needless penalty that you just can't take in that situation.

Earlier Bain got in their RBs face after a tackle
Bit chippy on both sides

In hindsight, not awesome.  Not at all.

The discipline issues need to be fixed. Planting the football on that player's chest didn't hurt him anywhere close to the hurt that this team, coaches, and fans feel over this loss.

I know that single play didn't cause the loss, but it was part of the whole - and it was an avoidable part. The late hit by Callaway(?) is another example. We just aren't good enough to hurt our own chances.

JJ cost us field position and them getting the MO right before the half.....If I was the coach he'd run till he puked come Monday....He'd either puke or quit again. Can't win with dumb a$$e$ like that.....If you want dog then show the dog from the snap till the whistle...not after. Really disappointed with Pruitt in the lack of discipline on his team.

He did not play the first series in the second half.  Palmer filled his position on the field

Which also probably hurt us, because you could tell Palmer and JG were not as in synch, and Palmer I thought could have made some of the catches he missed, even though they were tough catches.

Those were the catches he made vs Auburn.

I know, right?  Maybe Junior Dbs are just better.  They certainly knew it was coming.
