Is he really that good of a coach? He lost a couple of assistants before this season.. One went to Miss St and one went to Bama. I always thought he was an excellent coach but a douche personality.

I think he's a good coach, not great or elite. He's still a MAJOR #badword# so there's that working against him.

Franklin is a very good coach.  But not a great coach, at least not yet.  But he still has the time and potential to become one.
